Yufka Bread Recipe

This bread, which we will prepare using Eyvallah yufka, will be both practical and delicious. Here are the ingredients and the recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour

1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1 cup of water

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the flour and salt. Mix well.
  2. Then, add the vegetable oil and water, and knead until you have a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
  3. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Take walnut-sized pieces from the rested dough and roll them out on a floured surface, making thin sheets like yufka.
  5. In a heated pan, lightly fry both sides of the rolled yufka sheets.
  6. Once all the yufka sheets are prepared, you can enjoy them. Optionally, you can brush them with butter and serve them hot.
